Usually when I get the chance to review forums they are incredibly small forums with only a few members, threads and post. However computer juice forums is quite an impressive forum covering many, many topics which ironically may be one of its main issues. However the forum is one of the better ones I have reviewed.
Content
The site has been around for a while and has built up quite a lot of quality content. You could probably get most of your computer related questions answered here if it has not already been answered. When you review the content of a forum I feel the best guide is the quality of the stickied posts is a fair guide and after looking around there is quite a few very useful post that would benefit most users. The only issue I see with content is that there is not enough new stuff for a forum of this size. I think it may be the fact that there are so many sub-forums that the amount of content is getting buried into different areas.
Design
Forums in my opinion have to be as uncomplicated and as simple as possible. They are less about fancy designs rather focus should be on navigation and userbility which I think computer-juice has pulled off nicely. I have two reservations which lowered the score, the first being the over use of advertisements on the site. The adsense links underneath the forum structure I feel is unwarranted and the large ads under the header are much too obtrusive forcing the user to scroll to see the content. The second is a need for visual breaks in the content area. I feel there should be a line or a change in background to make it easier on my eyes to differentiate between different threads. This may be me being a bit picky though.

Conclusion
Computer-Juice still rates very well with a great amount of content and a simple design. Most importantly it has a lot of users and post which provide quality answers for newbies and pros alike. I feel if they take some of my recommendations they could boast a high quality computer forum.
Pros:Simple design with good amount of content and some fairly helpful members
Cons: Overuse of advertisements and some need for visual breaks
