Well its always hard to knock anything to do with beautiful women and in fairness the site is very new but celebritypivot.com just has nothing for its visitors. To be honest I am not a huge fan of celebrity culture in any case but the site fails to deliver any real value even to hard-core fans. (more…)

Rating Content Design There are many websites on the Internet that are dedicated to reviewing movies and helping viewers choose what movie to go to.  Some offer brutally honest reviews, some offer fluff reviews, and some don’t offer much of a review.  The latter is the category that SmartCine.com belongs in! Content () SmartCine.com  is a website centered around rating and reviewing movies.  The problem that I have found is that there are not many ratings or reviews.  Most of the new movies on the new movies have only the generic description provided by the studios.  For a site that claims to be “the smart way to choose a movie” I found it hard to choose anything based on the information provided by this site. SmartCine.com does allow users to ad reviews for movies and I think this is a great feature.  Sadly, it does not seem that this site has an active community.  Again the newer movies, the movies that I want reviews on, lacked any sort of reviews! Screen Shot Design () The design of SmartCine.com is simple and easy to navigate.  I found just about everything I was looking for.  Where the site fell short was the visual appeal.  The SmartCine.com logo is very armature looking and does not inspire.  The color scheme of the site is not constant with the logo, and really leaves allot to be desired. Because the site is easy to use and easy to navigate I have given the site 3 stars.  All the applications on the site seemed to work just fine, I just found my self visually board, and that is not a good thing when looking at an entertainment based site! Conclusion SmartCine.com is just another movie review site, but it is a movie review site that lacks reviews for new movies.  I would not recommend this site now, however this site has potential so in the future it may be something worth a few minutes of your time.
